   2. In the CNC product processing (guò chéng), things to pay attention to (attention):

  A. When performing high-precision (precise) workpiece forming and processing, use a dial indicator to detect the tool on the spindle so that the static runout is controlled within 3μm, and the tool holder system needs to be re-clamped or replaced if necessary;

  B. Regardless of whether it is a part processed for the first time or a part processed periodically (repeat), the inspection must be carried out according to the drawing process, procedure and tool adjustment card, tool by tool, program by program before processing;

  E. When the program is running, it is important to observe several displays on the CNC system:
Coordinate display: you can understand the current position of the tool movement point in the machine tool coordinate system and the workpiece coordinate system (position), understand the movement amount of this procedure (procedure) section, and how much remaining movement, etc.;
Register and buffer register display: you can see the status instructions of the executing program segment and the content of the next program segment: main program and subroutine display: you can find out the specific content of the executing program segment;
Dialogue display screen (Custom): You can know the current spindle speed, current cutting feed rate, cutting feed per revolution of the spindle, current cutting load of the spindle and the load of each stroke axis, and the corresponding tool per revolution can be calculated from the cutting feed per revolution of the spindle.   F. During trial cutting and feed, when the tool runs to the surface of the workpiece 30~50mm, it must be maintained at low speed to verify the remaining coordinate values ​​of the coordinate axes and
