We serve a variety of industries including military products, medical, aerospace, electronics.

When should I use machining over injection molding?

Before investing in die casting tooling or high volume machining, you may want to test parts as close as possible to production parts. In this case, CNC machining is the best option.

In addition, engineers often only need one or a few parts to install a test fixture, assembly jig, or assembly jig. Machining is also the best option here, but traditional machine shops often charge a large non-recurring engineering fee for programming and fixtures. Such engineering charges often make it unaffordable to obtain very small quantities. The automated CNC machining process eliminates upfront engineering costs and enables affordable quantities as low as one part, with parts in your hands within 1 day.

Die casting is more suitable for supporting large numbers of samples for functional or market testing, bridging tooling or low volume production. If you need parts to make a steel tool (usually 6 to 10 weeks with other molding machines), Or your volume needs are not enough to justify expensive steel production tooling, we can supply production parts to meet your full requirements (up to 10,000+ parts) within 1 to 15 days.

How many machines do you have?

At present, we have a factory of 980 square meters, lathes, die casting processing, surface treatment workshops, quality inspection machines and other manufacturing equipment, a total of 35 machines. With our long history of development, this number has been changing.

Are my parts made in China?

How does cyanbat's finish technology differ?

Everything we do at cyanbat is focused on delivering the fastest, highest quality prototypes and production parts in the industry. This requires state-of-the-art technology managed through strict process control. Our industrial-grade surface treatment equipment is state-of-the-art, And is rigorously maintained to perform like new with every build. Everything is orchestrated, and our highly trained crews produce parts according to carefully crafted procedures.

What is a high-end finish?

Although surfacing is the oldest of all surface technologies, it remains the gold standard for overall accuracy, surface finish and resolution. Its unique chemical formula undergoes chemical, electrical, mechanical, processing on the surface of the product. After the surface is processed, various high-quality surfaces or films are formed. Make the surface of the product not easy to be oxidized, and form a beautiful surface. Material properties The usual choice of products is Primate, cyanbat's chemical treatment, electrical treatment, mechanical treatment, not easy to peel off, and has a surface finish and detail that is unmatched.

What is a chemical finish?

The process of chemical surface treatment refers to the adsorption of 2 chemical elements on the surface of the workpiece through chemical reaction. In the extracted place, the surface of the metal workpiece is made various types of beautiful, high-end looks. Or to coat metal topcoats on metal surfaces, cyanbat uses chemical elements specially configured according to customer requirements. Main features Wear-resistant, anti-oxidation, etc.

What is Electric Finishing?

Electrical Surface Treatment Build multiple surface treatments for complex parts with flexible functions and complex geometries. Available in electrophoresis, gold conductive, electroplating, anodizing, and more, these hardnesses are very effective for components with elastomeric characteristics, such as gaskets, seals, and housings. Electric surface treatment uses a process in which electricity makes metal workpieces react with chemical elements. The metal workpieces are immersed in the prepared chemical elements, and then react layer by layer under the action of electricity. After the build is complete, the support material is manually removed. This prepares the part for use without the need for post-curing.

What is a mechanical finish?

When the metal workpieces formed by CNC machining or die-casting, the burrs appear on the surface, or when the smooth or brushed surface required by the customer needs to be made, it needs to undergo mechanical surface treatment. cyanbat's mechanical surface treatment methods include grinding (to make the metal workpiece free of burrs), polishing (to make the workpiece smooth), wire drawing (to make the metal surface form a silky or metallic feel), and laser engraving (to make the metal workpiece surface form text or patterns) , silk screen (to form text on the metal surface)

What is the density of the metal parts?

The density of cyanbat's metal parts is 97%.

Which companies do you work with?

What are the CNC machining capabilities of cyanbat?

We mill and flip small numbers of parts very quickly. Typical quantities are 1 to 200 pieces, and manufacturing time is 1 to 3 working days. We provide product developers with parts machined from engineering-grade materials suitable for functional testing or end use.

What makes cyanbat's process unique?

Our quoting process is unprecedented in the machining industry. We have developed proprietary quoting software that runs on large computing clusters and generates the CNC toolpaths needed to machine the part. The result is a fast, convenient and easy way to get a quote and order machined parts.

What is the typical cost of a cyanbat machined part?

Prices start at around RMB 420, but the best way to find out is to submit a 3D CAD model and get a ProtoQuote interactive quote. Because we use proprietary software and automated fixture processes, there are no up-front non-recurring engineering costs. This makes it cost-effective to purchase quantities as low as 1 to 200 parts. Compared to die casting, the price is slightly higher, but machining improves material properties and surfaces.

How does the quotation process work?

After uploading your 3D CAD model to our website, the software calculates a price to fabricate your design in various materials and then generates a "milled view" of the part. An interactive quote is provided that allows you to evaluate options in different materials and quantities, As well as a 3D view showing how the machined part will compare to the original model, with any differences highlighted. Check out cyanbat's preview here.

What is the cyanbat suggested revision?

Proposed revisions are suggested modifications to part geometry to ensure your design meets the capabilities of our rapid manufacturing process.

In what format will you send it to me?

This depends on the source file. Typically, we provide STEP, IGES and SolidWorks files.

What if I like to change?

Parts shown in the suggested revisions may be purchased if:

  • No unresolved required changes.
  • You accept the proposed revision by checking the box in the third section of the quote.

What if I like to change but want to order from my own source files?
Update your model to match the proposed revision and resubmit:

  • Click the "Download Revised Model" button in the second part of the quote to compare the cyanbat geometry with the original.
  • Copy the changes shown by cyanbat in your own modeling tool, then resubmit the part for quotation. Our process requires a re-quote to ensure a match between the quote and the part.
  • Updated quotes should be returned without any changes, therefore, your parts should be orderable.

What if I don't like (or accept) the changes?

Design problems can often be solved in a number of ways. You can:

  • Modify the geometry of the part to match the intent of the proposed revision.
  • Discuss alternative solutions by contacting an application engineer at 1819-4014-169
