What is vacuum brazing?

What is vacuum diffusion welding?

Vacuum Diffusion Welding means that in a vacuum environment, the closely fitting components are kept under a certain temperature and pressure for a period of time, so that the atoms between the contact surfaces diffuse each other to form a connection Although diffusion welding is a welding process with a long history, it has not been developed rapidly until recent years. The weld seam of this process is invisible to the naked eye, and no brazing filler metal is added and no material is melted.

What is friction stir welding?

Friction stir welding is that the stirring head rotates at a high speed and rubs against the workpiece to be welded, generating heat to form a thermoplastic layer, the stirring head and the workpiece move relatively, and the thermoplastic metal continuously formed in front of the stirring head Transfer to the back of the mixing head, filling the cavity behind, thus forming the method of connection.

At the beginning of welding, the stirring head rotates at a high speed, and the special-shaped finger quickly drills into the welding seam of the plate to be welded. At this time, part of the metal is extruded from the surface, and the shoulder and the surface of the workpiece to be welded generate heat.
