Reinforced chassis performance

The reinforced chassis is designed to meet the requirements of harsh environments and comprehensively consider the system's heat dissipation, shock resistance, three defenses, electromagnetic compatibility, reliability and many other factors. The chassis frame is brazed with rust-proof aluminum plate, and its interior is divided into double cavities to prevent EMI between modules.

The reinforced chassis has two structural forms: fully sealed and open, and adopts three heat dissipation methods, such as natural conduction, forced ventilation, and active air supply, with high heat conduction efficiency and good heat dissipation effect. Its environmental requirements meet the relevant standards of GJB322A-98 and GJB150-86, and the electromagnetic compatibility meets the relevant test requirements of GJB151-86.
